I adore dark purple eye shadows. When I wish to learn how to use it correctly, I generally watch a few of the beauty how-to videos on YouTube. Dark purple is applied close to where I would normally line my eyes, the violet rose goes above the crease up to where the lighter pink meets my eyebrow, and the light pink tone goes just under the eyebrow in a single sweep of the brush, and on my eyelid below the crease.
