Kredit Für Selbstständige

Viele Unternehmer beanspruchen einen Kredit, um eine neue Geschäftsidee zu finanzieren. Oftmals muss aber auch ein Selbständiger, dessen Geschäft längst etabliert ist, neue finanzielle Mittel leihen. In diesem Fall muss man zuerst überlegen ob die geplante Finanzierung ausreicht, denn die SCHUFA legt jeden Kreditantrag sorgfältig in die Akten ab. Zwei Anträge binnen kürzester Zeit wären Grund genug für eine Ablehnung des zweiten Kreditantrags.

Der einfachere Weg zum Kredit geht meist über einen Bürgen: kann ein Selbstständiger oder Gründer eines Unternehmens dem Kreditgeber eine Bürgschaft nachweisen, erleichtert dies die Kreditzusage deutlich. Allerdings kann nur eine Minderheit der Selbstständigen eine ausreichende Kapitalabsicherung eines Bürgen aufweisen. In den meisten Fällen verlangen die Kreditanbieter dann, dass der Kreditnehmer eine Versicherung mit ihnen abschließt, die eine gewisse Sicherheitsleistung darstellt.

Allerdings sollte sich der Kreditnehmer darüber bewusst sein, dass die Versicherungskosten noch zu den Kreditraten hinzugerechnet werden. Manchmal fallen entsprechende Kosten auch Angeboten für einen Kredit ohne SCHUFA an.

Es ist zu vermuten, dass einige Selbständige in bestimmten Branchen bei der Kreditsuche benachteiligt werden. Tatsache ist, dass jede Bank und jeder Kreditgeber eine eigene Schwarze Liste hat. Für den Selbständigen in einem entsprechenden Bereich kann es also fast unmöglich sein, einen Kredit genehmigt zu bekommen. Um eine eventuelle Enttäuschung zu meiden, sollte der Selbstständige sein Vorhaben mit dem Kreditgeber zuerst kurz besprechen.

Wenn man als Angestellter bereits einen negativen Eintrag bei der SCHUFA hat, heißt das nicht automatisch, dass kein Kredit mehr gewährt wird. In diesem Fall kann ein Schweizer Kredit ohne SCHUFA einen Ausweg bieten. Nur sollte in solche Situationen Vorsicht aufgebracht werden, denn man kann hier mit längeren Bearbeitungszeiten sowie höheren Zinsen rechnen.
