To uncover the top cruise lines for kids, all the top ones, from Disney cruises to Carnival cruises and all of the others have had to produce a concentrated effort to cater to kids.  The market for cruising keeping the whole family in mind is big, and Disney, Carnival, Princess Cruises, and Royal Caribbean have all built much of their promoting around programs to cater to cruise lines for kids.  So allow us to look at what a few of the contrasts are, and obviously it'll come down to personal inclination, but that ought to be information-based.

1.    Disney Cruises. It doesn't match Disney with all the identifiable characters and Disney atmosphere, but it will rank with older children.  Rock climbing walls, miniature golf, basketball courts, and teen discos are among the facilities of these floating cities which are Carnival cruises.  In addition, they're the only cruise line that lets kids age 12 to 17 take part in shore excursions as separate groups.

3.    Norwegian Cruises. In 2010 Norwegian cruises introduced a relationship with Nickelodeon, consequently making it a player as a cruise line for kids.  Norwegian's Kids' Crew program will bring the Nick-themed essentials into their entertainment package, with an extra element for older kids being the Epic Plunge, a three story water slide, the only one of its type at sea.

4.    Princess Cruises. Always with a reputation as being family friendly, though not to the standards of Disney as one of the cruise lines for kids, Princess Cruises provides a wonderful children's program.  Many people have shown a partiality for it simply because it is not totally packed with kids, offering more attention to the individual than a few of the others.

5.    Royal Caribbean Cruises. Teaming with Shrek and DreamWorks Animation, you will find royal Caribbean to possess a bit more of a movie design to its enjoyment.  Movie-themed games and DreamWorks Animation films in 3D are a part of the entertainment available on Royal Caribbean cruises.
