Prosperity, Happiness, Happiness and Prosperity, How to Attain Prosperity and Happiness

Caring people treat others with kindness, rather than cruelty. Kindness can mean different things to different people. However, kindness is rooted in respect for another. This respect is demonstrated in behaviors like intently listening to the other without judgment or interruption, as an example. When we truly listen to another person we become engaged and participate in a meaningful conversation and interaction with them, aiming to developing a relationship that helps them.

We focus all our energies in possessing this materialistic things and when we achieve them ask one question to yourself that is aren't you exhausted by the time you achieve those things which you dreamt of ? Sometimes in the leisure time we recall all those magical moments of our childhood when we used to enjoy life to the fullest. Ask yourself that in this mysterious and vast world who are we? Believe me its really very easy to remain happy!!!

Visualize a kingdom of awesome snow-capped mountains, with leopards and yaks roaming the hills. Vast stretches of primal forest, where contentment is valued over commerce, and an enlightened king declares that the happiness of his people is more important than economic production. A fairy tale? A dream of the imagination? A virtual realm in Second Life? It's a real place, with real people - the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan.

Most people want to live in an up universe. A place where there is no suffering and pain, where sickness, poverty and war have been eradicated from our existence and for some, the experience of others. Failure of the mind to rectify the juxtaposition of opposites is the source of suffering for many spiritual seekers, the concept of inner perfection is not enough. For most, outer perfection is denied on the basis of a phenomenal world that expresses distinction and the mind which has in it irreconcilable formulae of misunderstanding that will never see perfection in the coexistence of opposites.

Sure, there are things in life that have to be taken care of and that require your focused attention. At the same time, it is important to see the real value of laughter, of being silly for a moment and of not taking yourself too seriously. Taking yourself and life too seriously all the time leads to stress and steals your happiness, joy and ultimately your health away from you.

Meditation time each day - This is a practice I am developing with the help of a coach friend. I love doing it but get so involved in my work taking time for this is often challenging. I've set up a special quiet place in my home to do this that is inviting and restful. It helps having a coach remind me too.

Choose your attitude. I can understand that each one of us has some problems, but it is only YOU who can choose. You can either smile and spend the day or crib about it. Anyways, either is not going to solve the problem, but smile and happiness can help you go through it in a better, smiling and shining way! Remember, never show how difficult you problems are, show the problems how difficult you are.

You can attain prosperity and happiness. It begins by believing you can have what you want. It continues by defining the steps you need to take to get there. It's important to enjoy the journey. Gratitude for the gifts you have received on a daily basis leads to a wonderful sense of inner peace. On a daily basis, you can build on whatever prosperity and happiness you have already attained. It'll only get better from there.
