Man in China put in jail for wife swapping

We can say," In China the suppression of peoples innate freedom to enjoy their own human sexuality is still being suppressed." By the Government legal systems under this group licentiousness law, which is defined as, "the behavior of gathering in groups and participating in licentious activities. This crime is primarily characterized by its violation of social morality. Objectively, it is (1) a group of people together (often it is men and women mixed, but it could be all men or all women) and (2) they must be in the process of doing licentious things. This crime is mainly limited to the ringleaders and frequent participants [...Those convicted may be sentenced to] under five years in prison, short-term detention, or surveillance."

In sentencing Professor Ma Xiaohi, 53, to three and a half years in detention for being the ringleader of a group of people consisting of both men and women for the purpose of consensual sharing of their own sexually proves only one thing. Some Governments within, feel a need to impose their own views on others such as in the case of Professor Ma Xiaohi and his fellow open minded people.
In my opinion this group was not in any way violating social morality. Since, these perceived sexual deviants were in no way, acting in a predatory manner.
This group was not going beyond customary or proper bounds or limits; disregarding rules either, since they did not defile anyone without consent, and were in no way obstructing minors which is acts of complete disregard for the wealth of life.
In this case what we can see is people desiring to enjoy their own rights to be free thinkers, free spirited and free to enjoy their bodies in accordance too their own beliefs. Something both Government and Religious organization have chosen to attempt to suppress since the third century on in many various Judea Christian cultures.

What is funny in this? Is when one looks up the meaning of libertine in the dictionary and you draw on the reality that it implies, being a free thinker in religious matters, and a person freed from slavery85as well when one looks up the word, profligate can also find in the Synonyms," abandoned," this is exactly what is occurring here. Professor Ma Xiaho being abandon, by is, own culture for desiring to be a human sexual being.
A person's right to be a member of the human specie who has in no way acted immortally, nor broken any social laws outside the fact that the dominant Governing body has chosen to impose on the people right to be free in some aspect of their own life.
If anything what is being transpired here is," Professor Ma Xiaohi," basic human rights of being allowed to believe, and think freely in according to enjoying his own sexuality in a manner which has been seen and viewed as acceptable. Since nothing him and his group were doing was overbearing, rapacious, selfish in motives, plundering, exploitation, excessive, and did not interfere with anyones right to enjoy life in a healthy, safe and meaningful manner."
What is happening here is continuing proof that some Governing bodies in cultures throughout this world believe they have the right to institute obscene laws which hinder people subjective boundaries of individual freedom to enjoy pleasure in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner that does not enact any action of harm towards another, but allows others the right to enjoy life, be safe, and feel secure.
What the legal system in China has done is put a person in detention for being openly desiring to expresses his own sexual desires in a customary and biological manner.
I wonder sometimes, "What is norm in relationship to human sexuality? Isn't it our natural desires to want to seek out others to enjoy it, or unnatural to want it? Apparently for some in this world they feel being a human sexual being is one of the most unnatural things to be inflicted on the human specie."
Honestly! Does this man deserve to be imprisoned for enjoying being a human sexual being, desiring to be pleasured in a natural way even if it is with a group of social friends who are willing, consenting and of legal age as defined by law in his own country?
What I think is unnatural or immortal is," When some person, group within society takes advantage of another, steals or cheats someones, violates another human being sexually, removes anothers life, sells someone into sexual or labor slavery, and being a person living off the avails of prostitution through exploitation of others who can be viewed as disadvantaged. This is wrongful because it shows a disregard for the value of one right to be free, to think freely and to enjoy their basic freedoms in a safe secure way."
Which none of the above has Professor Ma Xiaohi and his companions done the only thing this group has done is wont to desire enjoying being sexual free to express themselves in a way, which proves that what we label, as swinging in the present is natural and innate desire among certain prevailing sub-cultural groups here in western society. The sad part is Professor Ma Xiaohi lives in a country where the dominant group still views this sort of behavior as immortal while allowing, 30 percent of first time birth parents to use gender manipulation tactics with the assistance of ultrasound and in most case followed up with abortion because the first born is a female but this is another story!

A great deal has been made of in alternative archaeology books about how and why our technologically primitive ancestors were able to carve out, transport and erect massive multi-ton stone blocks into megalithic monuments. Since there is no doubting the existence of these structures, our ancestors must of in fact possessed an advanced technology or had assistance from those who did (i.e. – ‘ancient astronauts'). That runs contrary to scholarly archaeology. But the questions remain.
