Surprisingly it's the low volume times that are volatile. There just isn't enough volume to sustain supply and demand, making prices very erratic. The next part of my forex training is to get automated trading software. This is an important part of remaining profitable in the currency forex market. Money is constantly moving up and down. You can't watch all the trends all the time. Software is very good at doing this tedious work.
