Double Celebrations for Stirling-based Touch Business Centre

The unique setting, high standard of customer service and consistently forward-thinking approach of Touch Business Centre has earned them the accolade of Business Centre of the Month.

But their celebrations don't stop there, as 2010 also marks the 10th anniversary of the centre. And on top of that, one of their original clients is still in occupancy today – putting proof in the pudding that Touch offer a high standard of workspace for clients and are worthy winners of officebroker.com's award.

"Touch is a classic example. They have built up an excellent relationship with their clients and are clearly flexible and forward-thinking in their approach."

The centre's setting – which boasts a location in 3750 acres of parkland and stunning buildings dating back to the 18th century – is certainly unique. But it is their professional service and high quality offering to clients that really caught Jim's attention.

"One particular highlight for me is their excellent all-round offering and high level of customer service," he said. "They are personable, attentive to their clients' needs, and they do whatever they can to help their clients progress their businesses."

Another major highlight is the consistently forward-thinking approach of the team.

The centre was created out of an 18th century stable block back in 2000. From there, other parts of the estate including the ‘Old Laundry' were renovated to provide additional space, and two further sites have since been singled out for development and expansion of the business centre.

A new efficient Biofuel boiler was installed in 2008, which uses local woodfuel supplies to benefit both the environment and the local economy, as well as reducing heating rates for clients.

"Our dedicated team work extremely hard to ensure that our clients are able to enjoy our unique setting as well as to create a business environment conducive to productivity and creativity," she said.
