Health care companies should see an audit related to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
Must Be Good Environment at Work Place
The outsourcing companies are working to protect your sensitive data very effectively. In the office the transfer of data information is not so much easy. Lot of outsourcing companies are not providing any output devices for excess in the floor except monitor. To provide the good and trustable services the work place is always look neat and clean. Agent’s systems and output devices are disabled. Agent can’t copy, can't use a hard drive or a PDA to get information out of there. This shows that the outsourcing company is also very serious about your data protection. It is sign of a good outsourcing company.

Your data can be accessible by only authorized officer of the company and then it is provided to the agent in read mode only so that agent could not do any changes or copy paste. A customized screen will pop up at the outsourcing facility with only a few options. All the agents and the project manager have different login ids with validation. At the last we are all human being so the chances of data leaking are always high. No matter how many safety precautions are taken, it's hard to stop the opportunist who steals data for money or revenge. But here we can reduce it by providing a good environment to the staff members and to really taking care of them.
