telemarketing services to small and medium sized companies looking for a
proven method of expanding their business. CCC gives any company a
competitive advantage by providing our clients more than twice the number of
highly trained and educated bilingual staff for the same price as they
would pay within their local area. In addition, CCC stays focused on managing no more than a hundred seat call center, one campaign at a time, in order to properly control quality, performance and positive employee morale. Once capacity is reached, another call center will be created in order to keep our results and expectations consistently high. We encourage you to visit one of our call centers on your next personal vacation or business trip to Central America’s paradise, Costa Rica.

Telemarketing question
By: qball803 | 22-07-2008
Last night my phone rings, it's an automated call and when I pick up I get this pre-recorded message from a satellite tv company telling me to press "1" to be connected to a live operator or press "2" to be removed. I've tried pressing "2" many times and still get the same %&$# call. This time I press "1" and ask the live operator to be removed. She promptly responded "Sir, you called me"
In this case, did I call them or did they call me? A friend of mine said I shouldn't bother the live operator unless I am interested in what they are selling, but these calls have been 3 times a day sometimes even calling my cell phone and I want it to stop.
