T Shirts – Custom and Personalised T Shirts

In 2007 the craze for T-shirts could never have been higher. The T-shirt took birth in the nineteenth century as innerwear in European society, becoming popular at the turn of the century.

It then crossed the Atlantic to the United States and during World War I; the soldiers appreciated the cotton as opposed to wool. It’s only during the second war that soldiers in tropics would often wear it without anything on top: It was the birth of the modern notion of the T-shirt.
As the public was exposed to photographs of men wearing their t-shirts, the fashion soon spread into American life with the help of movies stars such as James dean.
Today, with the help of new printing technology and the Internet it’s easier for people to create their own T-shirt. T-shirt slogans are more and more popular and allow people to express themselves “Say No to Nuclear Energy” or: “…all I got is this lousy T-shirt” are popular ones.
Other suggestive Custom T-Shirts or ones with bold messages are becoming a craze for Generation. Small business are also big winners of this T-shirt frenzy with some printing company offering low minimums quantity it’s affordable to change often your marketing or use T-shirts for different events.
From Hollywood to Bondi the phenomenon of “personal branding” is fast becoming a rage. Brands have become less important to people, compared to expressing their individuality.
Today T-shirts are the ideal canvas for self-expression
