How to resolve “Cache Manager” Error Message in Windows

The Memory manager in your computer system creates two dynamically sized memory pools – Paged Pool and NonPaged Pool – that Kernel-mode objects use to allocate system memory. A new device driver installed in your system uses NonPaged pool to fulfill many of its basic requirements.
