Most people fear dating rejection witch is a pretty common phenomenon - there is a whole variety of techniques you can use to overcome this fear. First of all take a minute to think about how you feel when you are together with people you love, this can be either family, friends and even your coworkers. Close your eyes and picture you in a room with people only filled with people you feel comfortable with, take notice of how you talk to these people, your body language and most important of all, how you feel.
When you done thinking, and you have analyzed the whole situation its a good idea to take a short break from your thoughts, maybe take the dog for a walk – what you do isn't really that important, what's important is that you get your mind concentrated on something else.
Now it's time for your next exercise, this one isn't that different from the first one - the only difference here is you should picture yourself in a situation where your out to find yourself a date, and how you react and feel in that situation.
Now it's time to compare the two situations, and the difference should be pretty obvious – did you notice the difference in the way you talk and act, when your with a person you never met before?
The corner stone here is that if you can imitate your body language and the way your talk from the first exercise, when your with a person you never met before, you will remove a psychologically barrier between the two of you, and it's must easier to establish a bond.
When you master this technique dating rejection will be a thing of the past.
