There a number of ways you might go about getting back together with your ex, and in fact some people manage to get back together even if they were completely wrong for one another to begin with. People let a relationship go once it fails to be rewarding anymore. It's best to not argue with your ex about the decision to break up but simply agree with them. This allows your ex to see that you respect them and will be more willing to remain friends with you.

The No Contact stage is important for your recovery. This is where you can heal and take a break from the relationship. Think back to your relationship and understand where it went wrong in the first place. Is the reason for the break up something you can improve upon right now? Truth is, you can and should always be improving on your flaws, even if your ex wasn't always in the right either, take this time to work on yourself. Remind your ex the person they fell in the love with. This might mean improving yourself, physically and mentally, bringing out the fun, sexy and confidence side to you again.
