Meeting a woman during the day can be much more fun than meeting one in the evening. In the light of day you're both in a more open social situation, you're both more likely to be open because you feel a little less stiff about finding a time that you an both get together.
Meeting during the day, you have a chance to flirt off and on all day long. This can become a little game between the two of you that you play. No one else need know about it, just the woman and you. But this type of play will make her very aware of your presence around the office or where ever you are.
