Here are five signs that he is interested in you too. If any of the following happens, he is probably trying to get close enough to ask you out:

1. He tells someone

Is he interested? He likes you if he tells a mutual friend that he wants to know more about you, or he asks other people who you are and where you're from. He is trying to act like he's "just asking" but his questions indicate more than a casual interest. And when he tells someone that he finds you attractive, he probably knows that it will get back to you. He's hoping it does.

2. The look

He gives you a look that betrays his calm exterior. Even though he is across the room, "that look" he has says it all. It is sweeping, from your head to your toes, and then his eyes linger on yours. You think you notice the beginning of a tentative smile.

3. The conversation

Does he like you? When he manages to get close enough to you, to ask you questions, he is interested. He appears to be listening and responds to what you say. He's moving in to the ultimate question, which is: "Are you seeing anyone." He would only ask this question if he wanted to date you, and he hopes the answer is "No." Never ever wear a ring in public. When a guy is across the room, he cannot tell which finger it is on and he may assume incorrectly that you are taken. If he doesn't ask you the question of whether or not you are attached, he may ask someone whom you both know.

4. He appears unexpectedly

He likes you a lot if he shows up out of nowhere. He can only do that if he has been asking people about your schedule, or he has been paying attention to where you are going and at what time. I am discovering that I have major feelings for this guy. I have known him for a while but lost touch for about 7 years then bumped into him again last summer and we've been hanging out since then. There was an instant connection between us...some definate sexual tension. We continued to hang out all summer and get to know eachother better. Then I returned to school, which is in another city. I let him know everytime I come home and he always calls and wants to hangout. We don't get to talk as much as I'd like because I am here and he is there and I don't want to come off as needy or obsessive by calling or texting too much/often. We have not really established what we are but we are together when I am home. He is genuine and interested in me when its just us but around his buds its like he can't show that he's interested in me but he brings me with him. I have absolutely no interest in anyone else. I think I have tried subtly hinting to him that I like him but I'm not sure if he is getting it. I know I am not crazy. I really do think there is something here. If he was not interested then why would he call to hangout and do things together?
Please help me...I am having some major trouble trying to figure him out.

I believe most women dont think enough of themselves, and thus give the wrong impression and also men maks the same mistake. Instead of being yourself, which I do believe that is who you are, try just that. You will find that most men will respect you more, and if they dont you dont want that kind of man in your life. Being honest does not hurt one bit, but lying the old saying comes into play, when at first we start to deceive, mainly we only accomplish deceiving ourselves. I dont like using tired expressions,but why not when they are true. Play it cool at first, means take it easy until you are positive he is the right guy for you. When you feel or have that special feeling and you all know what I mean, at least about 10% of you do. Just kidding. Now dont be bashful, after all you will never know if you dont make perhaps the first advance. If he starts making excuses or literally runs away, then you know you are being a bit too forward. And at this point dont cry, just laugh at yourself, pat yourself on the back for what you did took courage, and give with a big smile. In fact ou can easily catch a man simply with one genuine smile. You will often find them smiling back at you, and that may just give you a clue.

i've read alot of these kind of articles trying to figure out if my guy friend likes me. he's always wanting to talk to me, calls me to ask me stupid questions even if he knows the answer (like one time he called asking what time work started even though he had been working over 2 months at the same place i am), he's constantly showing me books he's reading, and my friends all think he likes me. one friend asked him if he liked me and he said no and she said he straightened his back like "oh god i'm caught" or something. and one time during play rehearsal i sat with another one of my friends and counted how many times he glanced over at me and it was like 46 in 5 minutes. i've heard from another guy at work that he likes me too but sometimes its hard to believe that he likes me. all my friends don't find it too surprising because they all say i'm very likeable and adorable and funny and all that stuff. and i just remembered, during the past 2 weeks we've had school assemblies and each time he was either sitting super close or a ways back from me, and anytime his leg touched mine or arm or something he wouldn't move. he would just stay there lol and sometimes he would move a certain way so his arm was against my leg if he was sitting below me or something. and he likes poking me or rapping his fingers against my legs during a field trip because he always sits behind me for some reason. and when he talks to me he makes eye contact then can't hold it for more then 5 seconds but he keeps glancing back to my eyes. AND i realize this is very long and i'm sorry but there's one more thing: anytime i go to the library when he's in there to type something or read something i always sit behind him, but he always moves his neck or face the same way like he's stretching and i know that he's watching me. so...I'M SORRY FOR THIS BEING LONG. but please tell me if he likes me cause i really like him too and he makes me nervous LOL

Me and this guy have pretty much been friends forever. Recently this easter holiday, we have been flirting. I mean major flirting. We're both 15, so i figured he wasnt going to be a kid about it. OK.... so I've liked this 1 guy 4 a while now, and earlier in the school year when there was still football games, i went 4 my first time 2 one 4 my school (ya, kinda lame it was my first time at 1) My bff and his bff got us to get somewhat near each other in the outside field and then PUSHED us together and our friends formed a small circle around us. they forced us to say hi and we both looked at the ground. I couldn't tell his facial expression, cuz it was REALLY dark. he was the 1st 2 walk away. later that evening, my bff told him I liked him. He just said "Oh, ok." We used 2 talk all the time in science class (if u wanna get REAL technical, it's Adv. Earth Science grade 8) but now we don't talk at all. :( He usually passes me when I'm daydreaming in the halls, and I don't expect it. Also, we have a guitar class now in school and when ever we practice before class, when I walk in mthe room, he starts playing ongs like Sweet Home Alabama. I play the guitar to and in a way, respond by playing Breathe by Faith Hill, but really quietly so everyone can barely hear it, and I doesn't make eye contact with him, it seems like he gets frusturated when I do that though cuz he starts playing again. We just had a Jump Rope for Heart recently and we were doing baton races across the gym and back each person. I was sitting about 5 feet from the line we had to cross. He ran straight across the line and slid like a baseball player does to get into base, but he did to slow down. He slammed into me and, in a way, fell on top of me and got back up, flushed. Also, we were doing jump roping and I was one of the first to stop. He was with one other girl to winn the school and noticed me look at him quick. He started going really fast and criss crossing and he tripped!!!! me and my friends laughed, cuz it was funny. The whole day too, he kept looking at me, cuz i was looking and talking to me friend who was right next to him, I sat on th step below her and faced her. He kept looking at me as he was talking to his friends and even sat next to me cuz he was 'playing a game w/ his friend' Does he like me? If so, rate this positive!

Gosh, I have 5 classes with my crush, band, lunch (if you want to count that as a class), world cultures, biology, and geometry. But in band, i play the flute and he plays the drums so we are on the opposite sides of the room, at lunch we don\'t even sit anywhere near each other, world cultures he\'d occasionally look at me but i probably look at him 10 times more, in biology i currently sit far behind him which makes it hard not to look at him, and in geometry ive been in his math group before which were the only times ive ever really talked to him. Well For the last one i personally don't think that everyone has to like you for one guy to like you. I believe you can be your own person who cares if everyone likes you or not.

Hi! Im am a loud,crazy,happy, person around everybody but when itcomes to boys........it's like a whole different story I dont know what to do I get shy and look away! I laugh more in front if my crush but that's all. I sort of know what to do but don't but here's my situation. I like this guy named_______ and he's 15 and Im 13 im sort of sure he likes me but I don't know because I try not be near him a lot!!! I don't want to seem like a stalker. I told my sisters that I like him and what did they go do... tell him. Then they told me that he liked me but he had to think about it, I was really nervous soon they kept asking and then it got out of control. I had to put a stop to this I asked him myself did he liked me! Then he said if I was older he would totally go out with me, he also said he thinks im cute (yeah!!!) then he said that's how he feels. but he had to think about it some more!!! WHAT'S TO THINK ABOUT DO YOU LIKE ME OR NOT!!! I exploded in the bad way but I took it smoothly then my sister told me that he said he was playing so now they keep asking him do he like me and he keeps saying he'll think about it but I don't know if he even likes me anymore because he use to ask my sister where I was and he doesn't well he does but not as often!!! Then they told me that he said he's shy around me so he freezes up!!! Should I move on from this "I dont know,I got to think about" boy or should I just try to get him to say yes to me!!!

There's this boy I met in summer, I knew him for a week, but I really really liked/like him. He's perfect for me, in every way, however the thing is, there are 2 problems. One is that he lives nearly 100 miles away, and Two, he's 12. I'm 15. I was 14 when I met him, but it's still a bit wierd. It didn't feel it at all, but everyone else thinks it is..
I emailed him a while back, told him how i felt, he replied saying not to worry because he felt the same, so i was over the moon, but then his friend (who i also met in summer) was texting me and told me that he's now with this other girl.
But apparently whenever they ask him about her he avoids the subject, but apparently whenever i'm mentioned, he will talk about me for ages. Apparently he talks about me all the time, and where we met (at a camp).
He acts the same as he did when he officially liked me, but he apparently told some of his mates (that im not sure i can trust..) that he only liked her.
I don't get what his game is. :

I like this really cute guy in my home room. His name is Philip and he has curly blonde hair and cute blue eyes. I like him so much and I even wrote a song for him.
