How to Use Your Phone When Having an Affair

Your cell phone can be a blessing or a curse in your quest to have secret love affairs. Most men and women develop a love-hate relationship with their cell phones when they start committing some type of infidelity or adultery. They simultaneously can’t wait to hear from the person they are having the affair with, but at the same time they are always on edge about whether or not they’ll be discovered. If you are one of these people, then following the rules in this article will help to alleviate some of the mental stress you feel from having your secret love affair.

Get Another Phone

This really is the single most important piece of advice I can give. If you do nothing else but follow this piece of advice, your chances of getting caught will decrease dramatically. The good news is that getting another cell phone is cheap. In fact, its probably much cheaper than you imagined. I would recommended getting a pay as you go phone, or a pre paid phone as both do not require you to give out any personal information that private investigators could use to track you down, and they are immune to sim card trace technology that can recover delete text messages, old phone numbers and even listen in on phone conversations. This is the number you’ll give to all of your other prospects so they never decide they want to call up your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife and tell them about the endless nights of wild sex you have been having on the side. Make sure that you keep this second phone somewhere that your main lover will not find it. This is easy if you do not live with them but if you do you can keep in your car or at work. Oh, and if telling you to get another phone does not make this next point obvious, me saying it clearly will. Do not ever give out a home phone number or a work phone number. The rule is do not give out a number that you cannot carry with you. Remember it well. Also, if you absolutely have to take a call, you should have developed some type of secret code developed.

Texting

This one should not be an issue if you got another phone and followed the rules, but if you are too broke or stubborn to get another phone then this is for you. If you are going to be receiving texts from your secret love affair, then make it standard procedure to either A) delete all text messages regularly, including inbound, outbound and drafts or B) selectively delete their text messages. I personally prefer method B because an empty message box arouses the suspicion that you have something to hide if your significant other comes looking around in your cell phone when you are asleep or something.

Recieving and Sending Text Messages

For texts (and calls) keep your phone on silent along with the vibration being off. Once again, this is sticking to the theme of not arousing any suspicion what so ever. Nothing says louder “I’m talking to someone I don’t want you to know about” than blatantly ignoring calls and texts when you are the presence of your main lover. Don't try to get slick with the vibrate option because its fairly easy to hear on most phones and definitely easy to feel if you cuddled up with your main lover and the person you are cheating with sends you a text or calls you. They will wonder why you do not at least look at your phone. And you definitely should not actually start to talk or text the person you are having the affair with in front of your lover—you never know how skilled someone is at reading your body language or change in voice as you react to something with delight from your secret lover. Just keep the phone completely on silent or turn it off completely and do not check it what so ever.

Aliases and Storing Names

This is a touchy subject, and there is no clear cut winner in the argument. Some of the successful cheaters I know say that you should put the numbers of the other people you are sleeping with in your phone under names of members of the same sex. The argument there is sound and most wouldn’t question it, except that if you get caught doing this (and I know more people than you think that have been caught using this method) then you have no good excuse what so ever and you are more or less finished.

On the other hand, one of my favorite personal philosophies is that, “The best way to hide is right out in public.” Proponents of this philosophy say keep all the numbers in your phone exactly as they say they are and just avoid sending any really racy messages and practice a constant delete. This method takes a little more energy, but this group makes a good cases as well.

Whichever way you chose to go, I’ll say this: The best way to keep people your main lover from being suspicious about anyone talking to you that you having adulterous relationships with is to not put anything in your phone what so ever. I like to rely on my memory, and until telepathy is mastered by the masses, I don’t ever have to worry about people searching through my mind to discover what girls are in my mind that I’m talking to. I don’t have to worry about selectively deleting my memories so that my girlfriend goes through them in my sleep. That is the method that I have personally chosen to employ, and I believe it is the best way to keep your main lover from stumbling upon new names and suggestive text messages. After all, they can’t find what isn't there.
