China Shuangji Cement has announced today they have completed the installation of their new Zhaoyuan City cement production facility in China, the world's fastest growing industrial country. China Shuangji is a leading producer of high-quality Portland cement in the Shandong and Hainan Provinces and has been working on its Zhaoyuan City plant for months. The facility has already begun a full testing phase of all production lines, starting nearly two weeks ago, and plans to finish testing in approximately two more weeks. As previously announced, China Shuangji secured a non-convertible $3.7 million loan from an individual Chinese investor to complete the construction of its new 1,000,000 metric ton capacity cement factory in Zhaoyuan City, which is located approximately five miles from the company's former facility. China Shuangji has used the funds to purchase the remaining equipment that was needed to finish the new plant. China Shuangji's new state-of-the-art cement plant has a 1,000,000 metric ton capacity with direct access to a new highway that leads to many of its customers as well as to nearby ports. The company currently produces about 1,500,000 MT of high-quality Portland cement from two facilities in Hainan province and one other facility in Shandong province. The expectations for the new Zhaoyuan cement plant are impressive; the plant will increase its production capacity by approximately 66% to 2,500,000 MT once fully operational, resulting in a significant increase in both sales and profits. Mr. Wenji Song Chairman of China Shuangji stated, "We are and all our clients are very excited now that all the equipment has been installed and we are about halfway through the testing phase. If all goes as we are expecting it to, we should be in full production mode in the very near future. I want to personally thank everyone involved, especially the government of Zhaoyuan, our shareholders, customers and employees, for all their hard work and patience. We are looking forward having the plant operational soon." The final testing phases of the facilities production facility is meant to ensure that everything is integrated and working properly before the facility is officially opened. The company cited there is a continual strengthening in demand from local contractors for the new capacity coming down the line. China Shuanjgi can finally begin shifting its focus to ramping up production in its new and existing facilities and become the leading supplier of high-grade bulk cement in both the Shandong and Hainan provinces. Shares of China Shuangji are trading up $.09 or about 16% on light volume at $.63 per share. Shares of the cement maker have been trending up since the consecutive announcements detailing the progress of the new plant's development – the stock is up nearly 19% for the last 3 months.
