Free Debt Advice - Leicester

If you live in England and Wales and you have serious debt issues, there are a number of places you can go to get free debt advice. Here at Help with debt we are one such place.

If you have debt over £16,000, and you seek debt help, you may well be "sold" a product by a telephone advisor. I know this because I used to work in a firm who was set up to process IVA's like a sausage factory. I was very unhappy about the quality of advice being given and the motives behind the advice. It cannot be right for a person who is in distress with a debt issue to be advised by someone who has a real commercial interest in the solution sold.

That is the case with the IVA sector. Here at Help With Debt, we are not interested in selling a solution we are motivated by providing the right advice. In addition all our telephone advice is free. Anybody can call as often as they like and pick our brains.

We will listen to you and give you our solution to your problems based upon what is right for you.

At present we are disseminating much free advice on bankruptcy. Many of our callers have high levels of debt (over £20,000), little or no equity in their homes and little or no disposable income. These callers could conceivably never clear what they owe. They have little if any reason not to go bankrupt.

We explain in clear terms what it means to go bankrupt and the process, we set out the costs involved and the fee remissions available. All this is free.

Unsurprisingly with the fear of the process hanging over them very many of our callers ask us to take them through the bankruptcy process from start to finish. This is however not free. It does not cost a fortune though as we think that going bankrupt is costly enough as it is. We charge a fair price for a fair amount of work.

If you would like free debt or bankruptcy advice call us now.

Pay day loans are now said to have been used by 1 miilion people in the UK. If that is true then in my opinion we have a huge debt time bomb ready to explode. This high interest lending leads in my opinion to a cycle of dependancy that benefits only the pay day lender.
