No, I'm not talking bankruptcy. If there's one key to living as debt free as possible, it's controlling spending instead of allowing spending to control you. Money and how we spend it is as much an emotional decision is a financial one. By working to separate the emotional from a financial, you will be able to take charge of your money and your life.

Privacy Invasion. Beware of the Powers of the Media and the Government!
By: shyandnaked | 12-05-2008
I am having an invasion of privacy which could be part reality, part illusion.  Things I am aware of:  It involves politics, the media, family secrets, themes as: freedom, family secrets, faith, trust, truth, choices, change, loyalty, fidelity, change.  I had a breakdown over this as nobody believed me or would be honest with me.  I am certain there is validilty to this as a psych professor mentioned it to me years ago.   While the media considers it a "game" and offer false sums of money to be a successful participant, I am angered, feel violated, betrayed, and more.   A federal private agent told me to ignore it and beat them at their own game. (the media).  This is America folks, and even if there was a monetary reward, who does the media think they are to have this kind of power to do this or even play games with peoples' minds?  If nobody has answers for me on how to deal with this or obtain "justice," that's ok, but my warning is to take a new look at the media and the power they have and maybe shouldn't have.  BTW,  I have all kinds of validation this information is true, they are just smart enough to make it difficult to prove.

Can Husband and Wife hold unequal shares on Homestead property as 'tenants in common'?
By: Fussmudgit | 23-04-2008
My husband and I were 'tenants in common' on our home/property in Florida. I was a joint owner of the property with my ex husband since 1971, prior to that time (we had been divorced two years but owned two homes and had not legally divided our property pending the sale of his residence). My ex husband agreed to sell his 'share' to remove his name from the warrenty deed for an amount far less than the value of the property. My second husband and I were not married when we became 'tenants in common' but had lived together two years (married for 12). All of this has since created a huge problem. My husband and I had been temporarily separated for nine months prior to his death (no legal papers were filed or any agreements made between us). My husband died intestate and had bought a moblie home on rented property in his name only with the intent of using it as rental income later. He has two daughters who want me to pay them for their share as 'tenants in common' which I cannot afford to do. I have been told by my lawyer that because my husband bought a mobile home and we were separated, my home may not be considered as his primary homestead. Under the circumstances, since I already owned the property jointly with my ex husband prior to becoming 'tenants in common', is it possible that my husband and I owned unequal shares?
