Seriously, just dial their "help line" number 1-866-989-2686 and be prepared to wait 5 or 10 minutes for a person to speak to then ask for a refund. If they say it was in the terms and conditions of the offer say...
"I did not agree to those terms and I shall be submitting an Affidavit of Fraudulent Withdrawal to my bank"
As soon as I mentioned this they offered me a full refund and gave me a cancellation number for follow up with my bank.

They say "FREE" on the website and charge you $60. I tried to talk to someone through their livechat system and by phone and still they would not give me a refund. This company has no sympathy and lacks customer service.
This has caused nothing but a big hassle. I am dealing with my bank right now and reporting fraud as well as reporting to the BBB.
This stuff works, but it's also a very tricky scam. The other guys basically told you already. READ THE TERMS AND CONITIONS. It says it all about how you will be charged $59.95 if you don't cancel the trial within 14 days of receiving the free package, and they have to receive the unused portion (lol) back within 14 days (and you pay shipping to return it). Then they will automatically send you a $60.00 3-month supply every 3 months unless you cancel. So either use the trial package quickly and cancel (but you'll still have to buy the additional 3 month supply) or don't use it at all and cancel right away and send it back.
This is really scammy. They make it so that the timing of the contract return policy makes it impossible to use the trial AND cancel the additional order! So it's really a $60 3 month trial!!! Notice they take out the $60 right up front as a Pre-Auth on your card so that you can't really stop it (becuase they know chances are you won't cancel and return right away and it's impossible for you to use the trial package and cancel the additional 3 month supply).
