After the success of PreGel at MIG, the company prepares for SIRHA

The MIG, The International Show of Artisanal Gelato, is an important fair that takes place in Longarone, Italy. This fair is the most important benchmark for the gelato industry.
At MIG, PreGel has presented its 2011 new products, such as two new gelato bases: Base Fiocc e Base ProntoFast, and a new character, Orso Dino, a funny bear that gives its name to a new gelato flavour.

Despite poor weather conditions that made it difficult to reach Longarone, a large number of visitors crowded round the company booth, to taste and learn more about the products for ice cream and pastries signed PreGel.
For example, two Sprint versions, both dedicated to fruit: Mango and Gran Limone (lemon enriched with zest). The company also presented a new version of Fortefrutto®, dedicated to Spritz , the famous italian aperitif.

Last but not least, two mixes: one created to make delicious waffles and pancakes and the other to make sweet crêpes.
PreGel has also presented Pronto Semifreddo, a product for semifreddo and hot gelato.

Then PreGel is bringing its products right to the next important fair: SIRHA, the International Hotel, Catering and Food Trade Exhibition. This innovative and interactive event takes place in Lyon, from 22nd to 26th of January.
After 20 years of successes, SIRHA can be definitely considered as one of the milestones among food fairs, for creating trends and bringing innovation in several food sectors, from catering, to gastronomy, to culinary shows.
Visitors will be able to find the company booth at: Hall 6 – Aisle D, Stand 60.

    Delicious espresso chocolate brownie paired with espresso chocolate pudding. A miracle happens when you bake this. All the liquid sinks to the bottom and forms a creamy pudding. The batter rises to the top and forms a cake like brownie. Yum!
