14 Days Classic Kenya and Tanzania Flying Safari

DAY 1 - ARRIVE NAIROBI
Upon your arrival at the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta international airport, met and transferred to Nairobi Serena Hotel. Dinner not included in the safari programme at the Hotel. Overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

DAY 2 - NAIROBI TO AMBOSELI
Early morning wake up call, followed by room service tea/coffee?s at the Nairobi Serena Hotel. 06h45 depart for Nairobi Wilson Airport to connect the scheduled flight for Amboseli airstrip to depart at 07h30 to arrive at 08h15. Met on arrival and transferred to Amboseli Serena Safari lodge for breakfast and check in. Then continue on morning game viewing drives in the Amboseli. Lunch at the lodge, followed by afternoon game viewing drives. Dinner and Overnight at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 3 - AMBOSELI
Breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the park. Lunch at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, afternoon game viewing drive filled with excitement and comfort. Don?t be surprised to find elephants dining on plants or variety of wildlife drinking water at the lodge-floodlit waterhole. From the smallest to the largest mammals, you will find them in this National Park. This evening a bush barbecue dinner will be organised for you excluding beverages but including Masai tribal dancers. Overnight at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 4 - AMBOSELI TO NAIROBI ONTO SAMBURU
Breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.08h30 depart on the scheduled flight from Amboseli airstrip to Nairobi Wilson Airport to arrive at 09h15 depart on Airkenya scheduled flight from Nairobi for Samburu to arrive at 10h30.Met on arrival and continue on morning game viewing in the Samburu Game Reserve ? the Kenya?s rugged, semi-arid of the Northern Eastern Province. Lunch at the Samburu Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, afternoon game viewing drives in the game reserve. Dinner and Overnight at the Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 5 - SAMBURU
Breakfast at the Samburu Serena Safari Lodge. After breakfast morning and afternoon game viewing drive in the Samburu game reserve. The surrounding terrain is renowned for rare game, -long necked gerrunuk, Grevy?s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa Oryx. Leopard is the frequent passer-by. Game drives and bird watching safaris are the ideal way to experience the native wildlife in its natural splendour. Meals and Overnight at the Samburu Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 6 - SAMBURU TO MASAI MARA
Breakfast at the Samburu Serena Safari Lodge. 09h15depart from the Samburu Airstrip on the scheduled flight for Mara Serena to arrive at 10h45. Met on arrival and continue on morning game viewing drives in the Masai Mara game reserve. Lunch at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, afternoon game viewing drives in the Masai Mara game reserve. Dinner and Overnight at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 7 - MASAI MARA
A full day at the Masai Mara game reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives across the plains. Vast herds of wildebeest and zebra wander across the Mara grasslands in huge numbers during this period of the annual migrations take place, when millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle traverse the landscape to feed on the rich new grass and give birth to their young. Lunch, dinner and Overnight at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 8 - MASAI MARA TO SERENGETI
Early morning wake up followed by breakfast. 07h30 depart for Isebania/Sirari Kenya/ Tanzania border to immigration and customs formalities and vehicle exchanges between the Kenyan and Tanzania drivers. Then depart for the Kirawira Camp- Western Serengeti to arrive in time for late lunch followed by afternoon game viewing drives in the park. Dinner and Overnight at the Kirawira Camp- Western Serengeti.

DAY 9 - SERENGETI
Breakfast at the Kirawira Camp- Western Serengeti. Morning and afternoon game viewing drives. The wildlife defines the Serengeti-countless zebra, buffalo, gazelle, wildebeest, and other species make it their home. The terrain is the main stage for the great wildebeest migration, an awesome spectacle involving millions of these beasts. Lunch, dinner and Overnight at the Kirawira Camp- Western Serengeti.

DAY 10 - SERENGETI
Breakfast at the Western Serengeti. This morning depart from Western side of the vast Serengeti National park to central side of the park. Lunch will be at Serena Safari Lodge. After noon game viewing drives in this side of park. Dinner and Overnight at the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 11 - SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO
Breakfast at the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, followed by morning game viewing drives in the Serengeti national park. Lunch at the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch depart via the Olduvai Gorge to Ngorongoro highlands and through the Serengeti plains climbing to the altitude of 8,000 feet. You continue to ascend to the exterior of the crater reaching its rim and here your first glimpse of what has often been referred to as the ?Eighth wonder of the World.? Dinner and Overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 12 - NGORONGORO CRATER
Early breakfast at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. Then descend to the floor of the crater for an opportunity to view the delicate balance of predator and prey in the endless quest for survival. Picnic lunch boxes will be served by the hippo pool. As the sun sets on the western side of the crater rim ascend and return the Lodge. Dinner and Overnight at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 13 - NGORONGORO TO LAKE MANYARA
Breakfast at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. After breakfast you will be transferred to Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge, balance of the day you could participate on nature walk offered by the lodge. Lunch at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch afternoon game viewing drives at the Lake Manyara National park. The extraordinary birdlife and the tree climbing lions are but one of the lures. The place is world renown amongst the ornithologists, who come to observe the masses of pink flamingos and great bird of prey. Dinner and Overnight at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 14 - DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge. After breakfast depart Arusha Mountain Village to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro international Airport to connect your departure flight home.
