A Little Patch of Wales

So many people are very glad to have gone on a short break in Wales and Pembrokeshire holiday. This little patch of Wales is a well known holiday destination throughout the world. It also is known for the quality and pristine nature of the countryside and surrounding areas. Pembrokeshire is also home to the only coastal national park in all of Britain. This and quite a lot are available in this wonderful little country. Those who come here for a short break in Wales and Pembrokeshire holiday always enjoy every single second of their visit as there is quite simply so much to do.

Plains and hills

The countryside is filled with acres and acres of unspoiled plains, hills and woodland. Many who come here on their short break in Wales and Pembrokeshire holiday enjoy much of their time taking long hikes in the woods, adventure camping trips or stays in rustic hunting-type lodges or cottages. Quite a few visitors appreciate the peace and solitude that the countryside has to offer. This is what the Pembrokeshire countryside is known for aside from the wonderful scenery and the magnificent structures that are all over the countryside. Here you can find many ruins of old forts castles and lighthouses. Much of these magnificent antique structures have been restored and have been a large part of the local culture here. These are pieces of history etched in stone and when you come to visit for a short break in Wales and Pembrokeshire holiday, you will be a part of the history that these structures stand for.

Coastal areas

The countryside is not the only place that people from all over the world come here for. Pembrokeshire is surrounded by the sea on three sides and for this reason Pembrokeshire has some of the most beautiful coastal areas in the world. Most of the beached around Pembrokeshire have been awarded the Blue Flag for excellence and it is for this merit that people from all over Wales and the world come to enjoy this splendor.
