There are some fantastic beaches and islands to see in St. Martin. Pinel Island is a fantastic place to go. This is where tops are optional. You will find a relaxing day on the beach with warming sunshine and plenty of things to eat and drink. Another clothing optional beach is the Orient Beach. It is a very popular place and tends to get busy on the weekends. However, it is well worth your time to at least visit and see all the scenery and attractions around the area. Even though you plan your vacation to St. Martin to spend all your days on the beach, you still want take time to see Maho Bay. Your first impression of this area is going to be that it seems a little like the strip Las Vegas. It is only a block long, but it has some of the most incredible casinos, resorts, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. Going to the beach in this area is not a beach lover's delight. The beach is actually located at the end of the airstrip, therefore sunbathing is not recommended, but watching the planes come and go is fantastic for this area.
Prickly Pear is a smaller island that is perfect for snorkeling and enjoying a picnic lunch. Since there is very little shade of the island, you want to make sure to take along some sun block. This is actually considered a paradise by many visitors. It is peaceful with a natural beauty that is untouched by economic structures. Cupecoy Bay is an amazing beach area. This beach offers a beautiful view of the sandstone cliffs. It is semi-secluded and offers a great day to just explore the area around the beach and see the coves.
Take some time at night, away from the beach to spend time at the Hollywood casino, or if you just want to have a drink, stop in it Bamboo Bernies. There are many restaurants, bars and nightclubs to visit at night. Take a walk on the beach at sunset to see the beauty of the waters, the sky and the beach. There are also other things to do besides nightlife and beaches in St. Martin, you could enjoy some of the tours is they have available.
There is always something for the entire family to do when you visit St. Martin. Whether you enjoy water activities, such as windsurfing and sailing, boating or fishing, you will have a great time. The shopping is delightful, the restaurants offer so many different types of cuisine that you will have a hard time deciding which one you want eat at. You will find the beaches sunny and warm and the weather is always perfect for a visit. There is nowhere else to have a perfect family vacation and enjoy all the things that St. Martin has to offer.
