We will have also the possibility to know the cheese-making procedures and the goat curd making. In the ancient folds we will enjoy the products that shepherds make. Visit to “Sas Mandras” (the ancient corrals made of juniper branches to keep goats). After about one hour we will start our trekking to “S’iscala e s’arga” and to “Codula di Ilune”( which means: bed of a river flowing into the homonymous beach of Calaluna). In the Codula area we will attend an itinerant lesson before going on to the coast. Otherwise we will have a break in the shade of the Mediterranean lush and have lunch with typical local products.
