Stefano Massari Nato a Genova nel 1972, dopo una formazione umanistica e un primo accesso al mondo del lavoro come collaboratore di diverse testate giornalistiche in ambito musicale, si dedica alle nuove tecnologie dapprima come copywriter specializzandosi poi nel settore dei motori di ricerca in Lycos Italia a Milano. Nel 1999 riapproda in Liguria come responsabile web marketing in Virtual srl, società chiavarese della holding svizzera Duferco, e quindi nel 2000 fonda B-Side che diventa una delle prime aziende specializzate in servizi di visibilità sui motori di ricerca. Ha seguito progetti di visibilità per centinaia di siti, divenendo referente esclusivo per aziende di primaria importanza (Sara assicurazioni, San Paolo Imprese, Autostrada dei Fiori, Modiano, Starwood hotels, Vallecchi, Malacalza group). La cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore è il celeberrimo Duomo di Firenze e si affaccia sulla piazza omonima. È la quarta chiesa d'Europa per grandezza, dopo San Pietro, Saint Paul a Londra e il Duomo di Milano. Venne costruita nel 1296 sulle rovine della basilica paleocristiana di Santa Reparata. La costruzione prese le mosse dalla facciata, probabilmente su progetto dell'architetto fiorentino Arnolfo di Cambio, e si protrasse per circa duecento anni: in realtà però la facciata, pur costituendo l'inizio del progetto, venne completata solo molti secoli dopo, in pieno Ottocento.
Da sempre considerata tempio dell'arte, oltre che importantissimo luogo di culto, la Cattedrale conserva anche decisive testimonianze che rimandano al mondo della scienza. La parte più originale ed importante dell'intero complesso è la gigantesca cupola in muratura, alta 91 metri e con una base di 50 metri di diametro, opera dell'architetto Filippo Brunelleschi, il padre del Rinascimento fiorentino con i suoi studi sulla prospettiva ottica applicata all'arte e che affascinò i suoi contemporanei con l'ardita idea di costruire questa cupola senza ricorrere alle tradizionali e costose impalcature in legno. L'interno del Duomo, a differenza del sontuoso esterno, è invece sobrio e lineare, quasi spoglio, in più puro stile gotico e contiene alcuni importanti monumenti funebri in pietra, tra cui una tomba dello scultore senese Tino di Camaino, e in affresco, ad opera di Andrea del Castagno e Paolo Uccello. L'interno della cupola mostra un affresco del Giudizio Universale iniziato dal Vasari e terminato da Federico Zuccari.
