Seaside Holidays

With more and more people spending their holidays within the UK, British Seaside Holidays are starting to come back into fashion. One company that are ahead of the game when it comes to providing memorable Seaside Holidays is South Lakeland Parks.

South Lakeland Parks have holiday parks by the coast of Morecambe Bay, which boast some of the greatest views in the whole country. South Lakeland Parks own and operate Regent Leisure Park and Ocean Edge Leisure Park, each near a different part of the Morecambe Bay coastline, but both very close to the sea.

All of the seaside holiday homes available are fully equipped with shower, fridge and colour TV and will sleep up to 6 people depending on the type that you choose. The models available are the Standard Caravan and the Superior Caravan, each with its own style and features.

The Standard Caravan is far from “standard”. It features everything you could need to make your seaside holiday enjoyable including a comfortable lounge area and spacious bedrooms.

The Superior Caravan includes all the same features as the Standard Caravan but you also get central heating, double glazing, a DVD player, a radio / CD player and more.

If you’re planning on taking a Seaside Holiday, you’ll probably be planning on spending most of your time by the seaside, rather than in your accommodation, if you are, you won’t be disappointed. The town of Morecambe offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars as well as amusements for the little ones to enjoy. The beach in Morecambe offers a great place for the kids to play and parents to relax.

Whether you choose to stay at the Regent Park or Ocean Edge Park, there is a great selection of facilities on site that include cafes, shops, entertainment, bars and more. Regent Leisure Park also offers an all weather sports pitch and an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Ocean Edge also offers a sauna as well as sea fishing.

Seaside Holidays hold a special place in our hearts, childhood memories, your favourite bucket and spade, fresh clean air and golden sands, isn't it time you relived your childhood and took a Seaside Holiday to one of South Lakeland Parks’ resorts in Morecambe Bay?
