Although it is not usual holidays destination, attractions of this land are unustly neglected. There are litle countries in Europe with such rugged and beautiful montain and saved nature. Several Serbian monasteries are protected by UNESCO, and vitit to them is unique expirience.</p> <p>All people in Europe have heard about Serbia because of recent events. They gave Serbia a bed name, but every foreigner after only a couple of day in Serbia changes his prejudices about Serbia.</p> <h2>Where is Serbia?</h2> <p>Serbia is situated in central Balkan and lies on the crossroads of several important routes. The Danube, one of the biggest river in the world flows across capital of Serbia – Belgrade. Belgrade lies at the confluence of the Sava and Danube river. North of Belgrade is plain called Vojvodina which built its identity during the time of Habsburg rule. South of Belgrade lies central Serbia where local traditional products are stile competitive. The Turkish influence is best preserved in the south Serbia.</p> <h2><a href="http://www.discoverserbia.org/en"><strong>Serbia Vacations </strong></a><strong></strong></h2> <p>Foreign tourists mostly visit Belgrade. Some of them also visit beautiful city of Novi Sad. If you would like to really discover Serbia, I recommended you to visit south Serbia and its mountains and villages, esspecially southwestern Serbia and mountains Zlatibor and Tara. Yor vacations in Serbia will not be complete if you visit only Belgrade.</p> <h2><strong>Serbia</strong><strong> Accommodation</strong></h2> <p>There are a lot very cheap rooms in the villages ( 5 euros per person), but also there are comfortable and modern apartments, studios, villas where price can be 50 euros.
