I am planning to serve Appletinis and Cosmopolitans at a Black Tie event as a passed cocktail during the 1-1/2 hour cocktail hour. There will be 540 guests. I am planning on serving a couple hundred of these drinks. Do you have a recipe for mixing them in bulk quantities. I don't want a compicated recipe even though it may be the best one. I would like to keep it simple for both drinks as this is a fundraiser and I want to keep the liquor cost at a minimum but still offer variety . The event is 4/12/08. Would like a response asap please.
