Reentry usa
By: tichitaus | 29-09-2008
My current status is cover by TPS. I heard that I can travel back to my country requesting or file the form I - 131 Travel Documents. The reason that I want to go is to see my parents/sister who are in bad health. I have been in this country for the past 8 years. I was arrested in 2003 for OWI and I plead to the charges. The judge ordered me to 11 months in probation and alcohol treatment. No jail time. I completed everything the court asked me. I have never been in trouble ever since. I was off probation on 2/2005. This happened in Washington, DC. My question is can this conviction prevented from returning to the United States?
