Glasgow has the largest retail centre outside of London which attracts scores of residents and visitors alike. Glasgow also has the biggest public transport network outside of London so the city is easy to navigate whether by bus or underground.

The city centre is stylish, cosmopolitan and jam packed with features and attractions that make it a strong contender for many of the major European cities. If you fancy living in the city centre then a huge selection of luxury flats, loft developments and new hi-tech housing projects await you.
Cutting-edge architecture and design are defining features of many of Glasgow’s city centre developments and existing industrial space is commonly used for chic and classy conversions.
The Merchant City is one area which has undergone extensive regeneration with former tobacco warehouses being transformed into stylish living spaces as well as restaurants and designer shopping outlets. One and two bedroom flats are commonplace here and if you feel like living the luxe life then this is a good starting point.
The Riverside area is also undergoing significant regeneration making it one of the largest waterfront regeneration projects in the UK and a good spot to find a modern flat with a wonderful view.
Glasgow’s West End is considered to be the most trendy and fashionable part of the city and has a slightly more bohemian feel than its city centre compatriot.
Characterised by Victorian Town houses and golden sandstone tenements this is an ever popular area to rent in and you should find a wide variety of properties to choose from. There are an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques in close proximity and Glasgow’s West End is also home to some of Scotland’s most affluent addresses including Kelvingrove, Hyndland and Patrick.
