The service you get at these places is good, and in most places you can now just plug in your memory card to one of the machines and start printing photographs at the touch of a button, but your choices will be necessarily limited when you’re doing this.

This option is a very good one when you’re in a hurry and the generic prints are what you want, but part of the fun of having a digital camera is that printing photographs for yourself becomes so easy, not to mention being able to tweak them a little first.
After all, what’s the use of having a digital camera if you’re going to do the same thing with those pictures that you do with a normal film camera.

True, you might not have the time or the inclination to tweak every single shot you’ve taken, but there’s no denying the fact that there are some photographs are worth taking the time over, and which would look simply stunning if you could just adjust a few things here and there.
