Paper Anniversary Gifts

Anniversaries are a great opportunity to show a married couple how much they mean to you.  Unfortunately, most anniversaries slip by unnoticed.  It is usually the 25th or 50th anniversary that people make a fuss about.  While these are big milestones, for many young couples that first anniversary is also a big event.  This is a perfect opportunity to give some unique paper anniversary gifts.

Although a young couple probably has plenty of photos of their wedding, there are some ways to create photo memories to give as paper anniversary gifts.  You could create collages, have photos captioned, or drop the image on a memorable background.  There are all sorts of creative ways to transform a photograph.

One of the great things about using photos as gifts for family and friends is that they are so personalized.  These types of gifts show that you spent some time thinking about the couple to come up with the gift.  It also shows that there was planning and personal effort to come up with just the right gift.  It is not the kind of thing you can throw together at the last minute, or run to the store on your way to the party.

Modern digital technology makes it possible to quickly and easily combine images from different photos to create stunning collages.  Once the photo has been scanned into a digital format, the transformation is relatively easy.  You could borrow the photos you want to use, scan them, and have them returned before the couple even realizes they are missing.

The digital photo specialist can take the portions of each photo that you want to use and place them in whatever arrangement you desire.  Once the images have been arranged you can have the collage placed against the background of your choice.  You could use a simple textured background, or you could use a nature scene.  It is entirely up to you.

You can finish your paper anniversary photo gifts by having a hearth shaped border outlining the collage.  The finished photograph is then sent back to you for your approval.  If you are happy with the work a completed copy will be delivered to you.  You will be able to have the photo printed and framed, and it will be ready to be given as your gift.

Using photos as paper anniversary gifts are the type of gift that will be remembered for years to come. While other gifts are put into storage or given away, your gift will be on display where it can be enjoyed every day.  Your thoughtfulness and effort will be rewarded when you see the look of joy on the young couples faces.
