Eat Pumpkin and sunflower seeds daily. They are good source of zinc (a mineral that encourages proper metabolism.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water to flush out toxins and encourage skin health.

Helpful Hints

Use warm water when bathing and add a few drops of lavender oil.

Wear Cotton because soft natural fibers will allow the skin to breath.

Exercise will get the blood circulating and this is beneficial to most skin ailment

Eat Right by eliminating fried foods and foods with added sugar.

Detoxify the body.  Skin problem is usually means the body is loaded with toxins, may be from allergenic substances, toxic foods or emotional stress. Detoxification will help to relieve the body of poisons.
