Few sufferers actually understand what exactly the specific triggers are for yeast infections (Candida albicans), especially recurring yeast infections and, more importantly, what measures can be undertaken to cure it and prevent future outbreaks.

At the outset, it is vital to recognise that yeast infection germs or bacteria do in fact occur quite naturally in the body and are not a type of exterior infection or microscopic threat. These so-called yeast germs – when existing in a healthy and normal state – are actually needed for the body to function properly. The issues begin, however, when they reproduce in unhealthily large numbers.

So what are the circumstances under which these typically healthy yeast germs go mad and then we can examine methods for eradicating your candida yeast problem permanently and discreetly!

Actual Causes of Yeast Infections

[a] Perfumed Soaps and Various Scented Chemicals

Every person has some particular allergy and there is a great deal evidence to suggest that these chemical products that do smell lovely can also massively accelerate candida issues (of the mouth, vagina or penis). The best explanation for this phenomenon is that these scented chemical products have a suppressive, dampening effect on the counterbalancing germs that would usually fight an excessive candida outbreak.

[b] Diabetes

Candida albicans’ outbreaks often stem from the erratic fluctuation of sugar levels within the blood so any person in a physically pre-diabetic state or with diabetes is, unfortunately, more likely to suffer a yeast infection.

[c] Unprotected Sex With A Candidiasis Sufferer

This is a biggie. In short, one of the quickest ways to get a nasty yeast infection, if not the quickest, is to have unprotected sexual contact with an individual already having a flareup of candida. That’s because Candidiasis (yeast infections to you and me) are highly contagious. Safe sex only or, better still, avoidance of sex with a partner suffering from a yeast infection is recommended.

[d] Prolonged Use of Antibiotics

In the normal course of medical treatment of various ailments, antibiotics are prescribed and taken. That sounds fine but one often overlooked consequence of continued use of antibiotics is that they dampen germs that ordinarily fight against excessive yeast growth. This inevitably causes an imbalance in way that different (healthy) germs interact in the body and can allow yeast germs to overproduce with unpleasant side effects.

[e] Poor Standards in Personal Hygiene

Here are some other causes of yeast infections: Should someone have poor standards of hygiene in terms of regularity of taking showers or baths and also wearing tight-fitting undergarments in humid, damp conditions are a green light for a huge yeast infection (candidiasis) outbreak.

[f] Women Being Pregnant

As women who have been through pregnancy know, massive hormonal fluctuations take place during pregnancy. Like the aforementioned pre-diabetic or diabetic states, volatile blood chemistry is an open invitation to a nasty yeast infection. Or two or three.

[g] HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)

Users of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) are fully aware of its many benefits in terms of improved levels of energy and overall quality of life though unfortunately HRT users are also considerably more susceptible to yeast infections.

[h] Diets With Excessive Sugar or Fat

Few things love sugary, fatty diets like yeast infections. The main reason for this is the way that these elements of an unhealthy diet cause volatile fluctuations in the bloodstream and that is often a vital factor in promoting yeast infections (which are treatable of course).

In fact, yeast infections (or candidiasis) exist in many different types:

Systemic candidiasis

Perlèche (Angular cheilitis)

Perianal candidiasis

Oral candidiasis (Thrush)

Erosio interdigitalis blastomycetica

Diaper candidiasis

Congenital cutaneous candidiasis

Chronic mucocuntaneous candidiasis

Candidid

Candidal vulvovaginitis

Candidal paronychia

Candidal intertrigo

Antibiotic candidiasis (Iatrogenic candidiasis)

So now that you know the causes of yeast infections, you should also know that proven solutions do exist – ones that you can use at home in dignified privacy. Should you believe that you do actually have a yeast infection, take action.

Candida albicans is completely curable and it can be done discreetly so don’t wait any longer.

One of cause of yeast infection is if you take antibiotics. Sometimes antibiotics could do much a worse job in the body than expected to do, because they could end up harming even the bacteria that are beneficial to the body, a condition that then trigger yeast fungi to start growing and infecting the body. Another cause of yeast infection occurs due to stress and anxiety a situation that may cause hormonal disturbance and hence yeast infection could be a very possible consequence. This same hormonal change is a prime factor in the cause of yeast infection during pregnancy or to women who could be breast feeding, and women who are menopausal.
