Creating a New You

Posted: Sep 02, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

Have you ever wondered the possibilities of creating a new you? Starting from the inside is it possible to create all new cells, organs, skin, etc.? If we had this ability would we still deal with ailments that we may currently have? What if we had the knowledge and power to understand what factors are predictive of our life expectancy? Let us look and see what science has been able to determine on this subject.

Our cells reproduce on a daily basis. A cell has its own genetic internal time clock that determines how many times it will divide over its lifetime. The more specialized a cell type is, the less often it duplicates. An example of this would be nerve cells. These cells are highly specialized for electrical signally, memory, and other complex functions; these cells duplicate rarely if ever. Epithelial cells duplicate every 24 hours. These are cells that line cavities and surfaces of structures throughout our body.

When a cell duplicates it is comparable to the cell making a photocopy of itself. If the cell is healthy and well nourished then it will duplicate into another healthy, well nourished cell. The problems start to develop when a cell is not healthy or well nourished. The body should be able to self repair if it were to get the proper raw materials. Free radicals can cause damage to cellular components like DNA and the cell membrane. Antioxidants are molecules that can interact with free radicals and stop the reaction before cellular damage occurs.

Within our body there are several enzyme systems that scavenge free radicals. Beta-carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C are the principal vitamin antioxidants. A trace metal that works within these enzyme systems is selenium. Antioxidants play a very big role in the prevention of cellular damage that is common in cancer, chronic diseases, and aging. Lipoic acid is a strong antioxidant that is both water and fat soluble and protects lipids and nerve fiber lining against oxidation. Lipoic acid is the only antioxidant that can boost levels of intracellular glutathione.

Glutathione has been called the master antioxidant. It regulates the actions of other antioxidants like vitamin C & E and makes sure that they can do their part in protecting against disease within the body. Glutathione regulates and regenerates the immune cells and is the most valuable detoxifying agent in the human body. Glutathione is a factor that is predictive of our life expectancy.

It is extremely important for us to do necessary research and learn ways that we can help repair and heal our body so that it can work to its full capacity. We do have the power to help reverse damage that has been done. Go now to www.likemindedpeople.me  and learn about how this can be done. Follow our blog at www.attractiveminds.blogspot.com. A fast way to get gout relief is with baking soda which I've found it to be very effective. But now that I have gotten my uric acid levels under control I don't need to use this home remedy anymore.

Gout was once the 'disease of kings' due to their diet, but not any more. Anybody can have gout nowadays. Easy access to relatively cheap, mass-produced food and alcohol has meant that we are all at the mercy of gout through our diet.

Tomas, a 34 year of carpenter, went to see his girl friend of six months at the end of a hard day. Noticing a strange car in the driveway, he peered into her window with some curiosity. He saw her having sexual relations with another man. Enraged, Tomas went home and returned with his shotgun.

Do you remember your teenage years? Those years seem to be the ones that make us laugh from the idiotic things we did, shake our heads in disbelief from just how off we were in our perception of life, or even cry from the frustration we may have felt regularly.

Childhood consists of an immeasurable amount of first times. Just a few of these would be learning your role within your family, dealing with siblings, friendships, religion, rejection, sadness, and constantly trying to figure out what the point of all of this is. When does it all start for you? What were the first times for you that started to mold who you are today?

Have you ever wondered what you are here for? Have you ever taken the time to look within yourself and wonder what your purpose for being here on this earth is? Being raised one of Jehovah's Witnesses I wasn't taught about living multiple times or having past lives. As I grew older I started to doubt this way of thinking.

I understood at a young age why as one of Jehovah's Witnesses I needed to keep myself separate from worldly ways and worldly kids. Looking back it is amazing just how easy it is for people to create an illusion or a false sense of belonging for a child. I didn't realize it at the time but I was surrounded by individuals that were constantly shaping and molding my way of thinking.

My folks became Jehovah's Witnesses when I was in the first grade. This changed things. At that age you more or less go with the flow and adapt to the rules of your home without much thought.
