If your home were like a space between your toes, you would rather die than live! Living in such a space means living in a damp, cramp, and dark place; and that is not even considering the stink! Truly, your feet may not be the best place to live in for you. But did you know that there are other tenants who would kill for the opportunity to settle down in a place like the middle of your toes?
Well, they're called fungi. And they consider your feet as the best place to live in and multiply. Once these organisms have started to establish their colonies on your feet, you will experience a burning and itchy sensation plus a flaking and peeling skin on your feet. You see, fungus is the main cause for what is commonly known as Athlete's foot.
Removing these unwanted tenants on your feet can be difficult and may involve a change in your habits if you want a more permanent solution to Athlete's foot. Sure, there are topical medications available, but fungus can dig deeper into your skin such that skin applications may have a hard time penetrating them. You may need oral fungicides prescribed by your doctor to finally stop the fungus on your feet. But even so, when you think that fungus in your feet is down to zero, they can suddenly and without warning come back in a vengeance!
If you do not want to cuddle the fungus that brings you Athlete's foot, then it may be time to stop wearing the same pair of shoes or sandals for days in a row. You should also consider changing socks everyday or even during the day. And maybe, it is time you take a look and try the best antifungal herb to fight the squatters on your feet; it's called garlic and it can be found right in your kitchen!
Garlic, The Fungi Killer
Remember all those vampire movies you've watched? Well, one thing's for sure, those blood suckers hate garlic and it even makes them explode! The same thing goes for fungi. Garlic is nature's most reliable and potent herb against fungi. And to really get this herb's benefits, you should learn how to eat it raw because the most active antifungal component called allicin is zapped by prolonged exposure to various processing steps.
Try eating three to four cloves of garlic everyday for about five months, and you will see the results. Fungus is defeated, the stink and the itch on your feet are gone, and the chance for fungi to go back to your feet is greatly diminished. When taking raw garlic, always remember to drink lots of water to prevent stomach upset. You can also use garlic capsules if you can not stand the smell of the raw herb; just make sure that your capsules are made from the purest essences of garlic.
Apart from adding garlic into your diet, you can also apply garlic oil on the fungus-ridden areas of your feet. This is a more direct way of applying all the fungus-fighting properties of garlic. However, you may not want to replace the stink from Athlete's foot with the stench of garlic; worse, the smell can go beyond your feet this time as the smell of garlic oil can get to your shoes, socks, and bed sheets.
Indeed, there are countless of tenants who want to make a home out of your legs and feet. Apart from the fungi that cause athlete's foot, other famous dwellers from your lower limbs are spider veins. Although spider veins are not dangerous, they can certainly ruin the appearance of your legs. To fight these stubborn vein disorders on your legs, you can use products, such as Veinuderm, which are specially formulated to defeat spider veins. Visit http://Veinuderm.com/ for more details.
