Dandruff

DANDRUFF is a very common problem indeed, that of flakes falling from the scalp every time a person combshis/her hair or rubs the head. Dandruf is caused by a commonyeast cell pityresporen ovale which causes an inflammation of the scalp, making it shed flakes. Dandruff is a very common sclap problem.

Everyone has dandruff--at least some dandruff--and that includes bald people. That's because every human scalp sheds dead cells, which "flake" off as new ones arc pushed up from deeper skin layers. When these flakes become obvious on our hair and clothing, we call them dandruff.

During the first five days of the treatment when the patient takes an all-fruit diet, a warm-water enema should be taken daily to cleanse the bowels. Simultaneously, an attempt should be made to keep the body in good health.

Mild dandruff is the result of excessive oiliness of the skin and not due to dryness of the scalp. Chronic dandruff may occur due to psoriasis of the scalp.

People should avoid spicy and greasy food because it helps dandruff to increase and spread. People should add more vegetables and fruits on the diet. It is very essential to take fresh foods avoid taking tinned and canned foods add more green vegetables and fruits.

My boyfriend got a cold burn on the top of his hand already about 2 months ago and it still hasn't gone away. His hand is really dry and flaky and rough and he has tried using numerous creams and lotions and even baby oil on it continuously, but it still isn't helping. Does anyone have any advice or know of a good lotion or cream he can use??
