Over 46 Million people in America suffer from Arthritis. The associated joint pain and inflammation keep many of them from doing the things they once loved to do. If you search google right now for Arthritis Remedy, you will find 248,000 results. Where do we start to look for something that will reduce joint pain and inflammation? How does one discern the best from the worst? Is a natural remedy the way to go, or a synthetic medication?

With all of the options, arthritis relief is still searched thousands of times per day, which leads me to believe what's out there is not fitting the bill. So, given the amount of publicity and talk about going green, natural, organic, more options are being explored. Among these is a product called Zrii. What follows is a simple breakdown of what Zrii is, why it was formulated and to what standards, and how it can help in the reduction of pain due to Arthritis.

Zrii is a nutritional drink formulated based on a health system with 5,000 years of history, Ayurveda. Ayurveda may sound familiar and that's because there are a lot companies selling products based on this system. It's been proven, and is still heavily followed in certain areas of the world like India. What this system is based on is our alignment with the wisdom of nature. The wisdom of nature??? I hear you, but think of it more simply as the realization that what nature can provide us is many times more powerful than what we can make, or synthesize.

Zrii's main ingredient is a fruit called Amalaki. Amalaki has been used for 5,000 to, among other things, enhancing the immune system and increasing vitality. More to the point, Amalaki actually works to clean your system, clear it of waste, and thus make you feel younger and stronger. Great! Zrii makes you feel younger and stronger - what about my joints?

Well keep that in the back of your mind - younger and stronger. The best part of Zrii, is that it does not rely simply on one ingredient with a bunch of artificial ingredients to make it taste good. Zrii is formulated with 7 very important ingredients, two of which are proven to help reduce joint inflammation and thus the pain. Further and more importantly, the formulation of Zrii provides for a cellular distribution of these beneficial ingredients. Rather than compress as much as they possibly could into a drink, tout all the great ingredients, Zrii had a team of scientists, ayurvedic practictioners, and western physicians find the best way to deliver all the benefits of the limited ingredients. Thus, the benefits of each ingredient are delievered at the best level.

So, to bring Arthritis and Joint Pain to the forefront, there are two particular ingredients that have been proven to reduce the crippling effects. The first is Ginger, and it's benefits are rather well known. Not only does it ease the pain of Arthritis but it has also been used to lower cholesterol and treat heart disease. It's not just for use in cookies! The second is called Turmeric. Turmeric's main component is Curcumin. Turmeric has been used for some time to reduce inflammation and treat psoriasis. As you're well aware, inflammation is the main cause for the pain. But not only does it treat the inflammation, it also has been show to reduce the spread of cancer. Very beneficial, and the effects can be fealt by using the product - not just something they put on the label!

Along with Amalaki, Ginger, and Turmeric, Zrii contains Tulsi, Schizandra, Jujube, and Haritaki. Tulsi has also been used for reducing inflammation. The other ingredients provide benefits ranging from the reduction of cholesterol to combatting insomnia, to reducing glucose levels. Moreover, it acts the same as an energy drink you may religiously buy from the local convenience store, except that it's ingredients are all natural and won't leaving you dragging after it's worn off. And, your vitamin C is covered as Jujube has 10 times more Vitamin C that oranges.

In summary, the constant pain you feel from Arthritis, Joint Pain, and Inflammation can be reduced if not eliminated by consuming Zrii. While you will find 95% of advertisements promoting the business aspect of Zrii, the main benefit is truly the pain relief and increased energy you will gain from it. Unfortunately millions of dollars are spent each year by people looking to feel better and reduce the pain, and yet it persists. Perhaps its time we look to our past for help and realize that nature may in fact hold the key.

Love, Pain and the Mix-Up in my Brain..
By: ba3626 | 29-06-2008
To keep it as brief as possible, I have found that I associate love with pain in an unhealthy way. I realized that I love someone only when they have a place in my life such that if they were no longer with me I would be devastated. Worse yet, I say mean things and act in an annoying and selfish way at times.. but it feels more natural to show them love in these ways than by doing nice things. I don't know how else to say it, but I cannot understand love without feeling or causing pain.

How do you fall out of love???
By: soldier in need of help | 18-06-2008
So here's a question that i am sure many people have asked before but im new on this site so ill ask it again cuz i really need help.  So if you are completley in love with some one and treat them the best you know how (making a few mistakes along the way of course).  And they dump you when times get really rough and you need them the most (my deployment to Iraq[where i am still at]).  How do you find someone else?  If you are so in love with the person that you cant even stand the thought of you being with another woman or her with another guy then how are you ever supposed to move on.  We've been broke up for over 6 months now and still the only thing i can think about is her.  And whenever someone new comes along i just push them off (kind of like holding out for my ex) but she keeps telling me she doesnt have feelings for me anymore.  But i dont know how we can go from talking about marriage to her not having any feelings for me at all.  What you think How do i fall out of love?

Horse splint treatment?
By: DeniseDu | 17-06-2008
I just bought my first horse about a year ago and am still new to all the medical issues. Last week he developed a splint on his left front leg, on the outside. We believe it came from a kick from a pasture mate. My vet has seen him and said that we should apply alcohol to the swelling twice a day for a few weeks. I am just wondering what the alchohol will actually do to help the splint reduce. I don't understand why the alcholol will help. So, if anyone has any ideas as to why alchohol is use, I would appreciate your input. Is there something else I should be doing? There is no heat at the site and no lameness in that leg. My horse is a 13 year old paint. Thanks.
