Watching short, informative mental health videos can help you understand what is happening to you. It can also give you knowledge so that you know what steps you need to take to feel better.

Sometimes, when you're suffering from a condition that is causing you stress and anxiety, it can cause confusion as you 'sit on the fence'. You feel like you should do something, but you're not sure exactly what.

A Video Can Provide That Push

Watching an informative video can provide you with that much-needed push. It can give you enough information and knowledge to help you make a proper decision.

When you are suffering, there is no reason to prolong it when you can actually do something to feel better. Educating yourself about your condition is a very good initial step to take.

You can watch videos on depression, anxiety medications, generalized anxiety disorder as well as menopause. Menopause can cause women to go into depression.

All women have to go through menopause. It affects women in different ways. Some women may not even know it's started, while others will go through agony, physically and emotionally.

This can also cause them anxiety and even be a trigger for panic attacks. Watching informative videos will help you learn better since you can play them again and because it's visual, you remember better.

There are also videos pertaining to children. Children are not immune to depression or anxiety. A concerned parent can learn and gain confidence by watching a quality video.

These Videos Are For Everyone

Another point worth mentioning is that these videos don't have to be for the sufferer. They can be for anyone looking for fast, proper information, or someone who knows of someone who is suffering.

Someone who is suffering will take particular interest in these videos, but due to it's short length, it's not an imposition or a 'chore' for someone who is not a sufferer.

These mental health videos are only a few minutes long but provide quality information. Sometimes, watching something can be better than reading it. This is true in the case of these video clips.

Hopefully, these mental health videos will provide you or someone that you know with some fast and precise information.

Help for depression,work,home,friends
By: CJ | 03-09-2008
seventh day advantist church I have reached the end of my hope and dreams. I am physically disabled, mentally fully functional, physically unable to walk. Everything I have tried has ended up going nowhere, I am in such a downward spiral of depression that I can't move. I need a reason to continue living, I'm 27 and except for my mom, am alone. There are no real time friends, on computer people, no job opportunities, housing is a problem, my mother is not doing well and if she dies, I will be all alone. I need help in finding a purpose to live, a means of supporting myself - given all the health issues - and friends who will actually include me in their lives. Can your church help me?

3 Daughters
By: momhurt | 01-09-2008
Why is my oldest daughter so hurtful and judgemental.  My oldest daughter sayes the most hurtful remarks.  Her younger sister has made some bad choices in her life.  She is now going thru an ugly divorce she has 2 boys 3 and 1 years old.  If falls on me as the Mom to help.  My oldest daughter looks on this as me favoring the grandchildren of the daughter going thru the divorce over her daughter.  I do evething possible for that not to be the case...however my oldest will call and start agruments and continue to complain about the mistakes her sister made and why I or (family) has to continually bail her out....this daughter forgets that she made her own share of mistakes...and I was there for her as well. I get along with her mother in law, but how long this well continue I don't know, because in every argument she will say....Why do you think we ask  (Maggie) the mother in law watch our daughter and not you.  This has been said to me more then one time. (keep in mind I watched her daughter all the way up until my daughter went thru her divorce) now I'm no good enought to watch her now.   Well this has been said to many times...this time I choose to just hang up on her.... I was brought up to help your family thru the hardtimes as well as the goodtimes....my oldest daughter has changed a lot.  My youngest is only 14 although she is not in this mess.  She sees it hurts me which upsets her. Why is she actng like this and why is she so hurtful.

Disability Compensation Traveling Board Hearing
By: John R. Bates | 26-08-2008
I am a Disabled Vet (80%) that served 33 1/2 years in the USMC and in combat in Vietnam, Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom.  I've been diagnoised with PTSD, currently employed, but about to lose my job because I cannot sleep or function properly at work.  The Veteran's Service Center made a decision on my "unemployability" without asking for the opinions of the VA mental health providers.  They did not allow me to appear personally at a board before making their decision.  I respectfully ask that I be allowed to appear before your traveling board before my case is closed.  Respectfully and Semper Fidelis,  John R. Bates  VA Claim # 23 06 051

By: Peggy | 26-08-2008
I just adopted a yorkie from a rescue.  I have had him about2 1/2 days.  I can't get him to eat except some treats he brought with him.  The only time he was interested in food was when my partner was eating cottage cheese.   He is fine and his bowel movements are ok.  Should I be worried?
