A 91 year-old patient with with PD was prescribed to take Stalevo 100 by a neurologist. The neurologist told the patient to report after 10 days to see if Stalevo 100 was working. Another doctor, a urologist, without consulting the neurologist increased the Stalevo to 150. Few weeks later, the patient was rushed to ER for shortness of breath. Few weeks later, the patient died. Could the increase of the dosage to 150 been the cause of shortness of breath and death?
