What is Obesity - Obesity is an excess of total body fat which increases the body weight and results in major health risks.

How can one identify he/she is obese? A measurement Body Mass Index is used to check whether he/she is obese and the type of obesity they are suffering from. BMI value can be checked with help of BMI calculator

What are the types of Obesity - obesity can be classified based on the body mass index value.

BMI value < 18.5 Underweight

BMI value between 18.5 - 25 - Normal weight

BMI value between 25.0 - 30 - Overweight

BMI value greater than 30 - Obese

BMI value greater than 35 - Severe Obesity

BMI value greater than 40 - Morbid Obesity

BMI value greater than 50 - Super obese

I have horrible sleeping problems. for one it takes two to three hours for me to finially fall asleep and when i wake but i feel like i didnt even sleep! im guessing this has to do that im a light sleeper and don't get that heavy sleep i need. what are some ways i can solve this. and let me tell you reading, sleeping naked, taking a warm bath , drinking warm milk does not help me get to sleep faster. Thanks for the advice ^_^Ive always heard that this could maybe be the fact that its so hard to lose weight?
