First off, What are these Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Stress and how do they Affect us?
When we perform tasks that often has some sort of pressure associated with it, this can produce Stress and Anxiety. While this can be a normal thing on occasion, when it happens constantly rather than occasionally it can become a concern.
The physical symptoms can vary a great deal, but most commonly you may notice the following:
- A feeling of Nausea
- Colds
- Various Aches and some pain
- Diarrhea
A few nonphysical symptoms may include memory issues, lack of concentration, constant worry, very Moody or Irritable, feeling overwhelmed (whether its work, responsibility, or otherwise), and more. These Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Stress can affect us negatively in many ways. It causes damage to our mood.
Relationships and those dear to us may suffer, as a direct result our quality of life may be diminished. Health can also be affected drastically. There is also the possibility of anxiety or panic attacks that can come about as a result of constant stress.
What is this Simple tip to manage Stress?
Here is where we take a note from Children, as we may quite often see this with others or enforce it ourselves. Are you ready for it?
A Time Out! You got it, a Time Out. Let me explain a little more clearly. When children on occasion get caught up in a flurry of anger, or are not conducting themselves properly, or perhaps disobeying rules - We often see them get a time out.
What this does for the child, is make them Stop what they are doing, long enough to either diffuse the anger, or reflect on their actions breaking rules. It helps to calm them down in other words.
What does this mean for you and I? It simply means, that when the stress and Anxiety begins to ramp we probably should take a time out also. Just stop what we are doing, take some time to breathe, get our head clear and rationally think things out properly. We can gain a better perspective by doing this, and this in turn will help us to get back on track and do what needs to be done.
Anytime the stress gets out of control, Consider doing this. The results can be substantial, but it does take effort on our part of course, otherwise no results will be achieved. Managing these things are crucial as getting out of control can easily lead to an Anxiety or a Panic attack.
