The common notion of the society is to blame men for snoring because snoring. However, snoring is definitely not a matter of gender. There are many unanswered questions that remains when talking about how to prevent snoring for instance does snoring have something to do with health, is it caused by improper breathing, does it pertain to our blood or is snoring related to our emotions.

Snoring comes from the same passageways only it is louder than our normal breathing. As we sleep, the unstable flow of air through our passageways causes the tissues of the throat and the nose to move and vibrate which creates the snoring sounds. The position of the tongue can be one of the causes of snoring. Males may not always be aware of their snoring or they rather ignore their snoring issue.

Snoring while your is mouth closed shows a problem with the tongue and this type of snoring maybe regarded as the tongue inflicted snore. The types of snoring includes, snoring while sleeping during night times only, snoring while sleeping any time of the day, snoring while the mouth is closed shows a problem with the tongue, snoring while the mouth is open shows a problem with the throat,
snoring when lying on your back shows a mild problem,

snoring when sleeping in any positions shows the problem is severe, snoring while sleeping during night times only which is a known as being a normal snoring habits. There are many types of snoring that science have researched and studied.

Being obese and overweight are big factors that can cause snoring according to research. Snoring caused by normal aging is not only applicable for men but it is applicable for women who are getting older as well. Snoring can be caused by allergies. As a result of snoring being hereditary, parents can pass on to the snoring genes of their child. Medications can also be one of the causes of snoring.

If people watch what they eat, eat less, and eat more healthily then they will not begin snoring.

An allergic reaction to a dairy product may soon turn into throat inflammation and cause swelling of the air tracks which in will lead to snoring. That tempting greasy and tasty foods should be not present on the dinner table if you want to prevent snoring from occurring at night. Fatty foods are quite self explanatory when it comes to snoring. Eating fatty and oily foods too much will certainly increase the chances of more fatty deposits within you body and this is not good for anyone.

Cut your food into tiny pieces before eating them to avoid snoring. Use a smaller bowl or a smaller plates when you eat which will prevent possible snoring. Eating consciously should be a daily priority of yours and besides that, it is for your own good and can prevent your from snoring in the future. By using smaller bowls and plates, you will eat less than what you normally would consume in one meal time.

When using a nasal spray before bedtime, it will clear out all the particles that are likely to block your nasal passageway and cause you to snore severely so nasal spray usage can prevent you from nightly snoring. One way to stop your snoring is before lying on your bed, place an additional pillow to elevate the upper part of your body when you are asleep or if you have one pillow, double it. By losing weight, you will feel more active and by keeping in shape it helps the body to function normally, including you air paths that can cause snoring. To stop your snoring, if it is possible try to sleep on your side when you lie in bed and train yourself to sleep sideways rather than sleeping flat on your back because this will definitely help prevent snoring.
