Headaches with dizziness are often interrelated. Whenever such a malady occurs, an expert should be consulted to take a physical examination for diagnosis. This is to detect whether the occurrence of headaches and dizziness are interdependent or not.
Headache and dizziness can be caused by many factors such as food, physical activities, and environmental changes etc. Headaches and dizziness can be treated by taking proper rest and following an appropriate diet. Severe conditions could be relieved with painkillers.
If you’re an active person and you exercise during a warm day, you are likely to experience headache and dizziness. When this happens, painkillers can be used for relief. Caffeine and cigarettes are known to cause headaches and dizziness. So if you’re a smoker and you experience these conditions frequently, try to reduce number of cigarettes in a day before going for any medication.
You may be confused whether your dizziness is caused by headaches or headaches are caused by dizziness. You may also be confused in determining if these conditions are caused by other factors or health conditions. But be aware of the fact that headaches and dizziness are two common experiences.
It is important that you consult a doctor and describe him exactly what you feel, such as lightheadedness, nausea or vertigo, so that he can do an accurate diagnosis give you proper medication.

Medical Conditions that Cause Headaches and dizziness
While many people experience headaches and dizziness due to environmental and physical factors, others can be associated with certain medical conditions. These include viral infections, low blood pressure, anxiety and panic attacks, blood sugar levels and many other reasons.
In most health conditions, dizziness is an inferior annoyance. However, if frequent dizziness and headaches are experienced, it may be the symptoms of a more serious problem. This is particularly important if your headaches and dizziness results in passing out or fainting. When this occurs more than once, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
