Sadly enough, every twenty-four hours (24), almost 2,000 Americans will die from heart disease. This is sad because it can be prevented.

Everyone should wake up to the fact that the only reason more people are not dying from heart disease is because of our advanced medical and technological development. We are using technology and medications to postpone the inevitable. Most people are in denial of their poor health and will continue to depend on technology and medications to keep them alive in case of heart disease or cancer. Also, these people are in denial that the medications that they are taking are safe in that they ignore the side effects.
You are going to die sooner than you were meant to be if you don't watch what goes in to your grocery bags. Your diet is killing you slowly because of what you are putting into your mouth is causing your heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cancer. The China Study is an extensive research done across the globe over a long period of time with results and recommendations that cannot be ignored. I highly recommend that you read this book and apply their recommendations if you want to live a long and healthy life.
The recommendation of "The China Study" is to eat more plant-based products and less animal based products. Slowly eat less animal based products and more fruits and vegetables that your body was meant to live on from the onset of our existence. The protein and fat that we are getting from the animal based products in the western world are causing all types of cancer (liver, breast, lung, colorectal, heart disease, high blood cholesterol…).
The stopgap approach to this problem has been coronary bypass and angioplasty, which is only a temporary solution because these patients that undergo these procedures will have reoccurring problems including death. Again, these procedures along with medications for high cholesterol and high blood pressure are only treating the symptoms but not the cause.

You don't have to take my word for it, read the book for your self and choose what kind of life you want to live. Along a healthier diet, you need to also to have some daily physical activity in your life because diet alone is not enough to live a healthier lifestyle. Change the type of groceries that comes in to your home and you will have a happy and healthier family.
