How to Build a Windmill and Save Cash on Your Power Bill

With so many resources running low in today's world, we need to conserve anything that we are able to conserve. While the trend of recycling and conserving is still something that many of us are trying to adapt, others are taking this on heavily, in more ways than you could imagine.
