How To Quickly And Thoroughly Clean Your Bathroom Step By Step

It's a mess and you're wondering how to clean bathroom soap scum accumulating in the corners, streaks on the mirror and toothpaste crusting up on the sink. Well, you've come to the right place! Although it's one of the smallest rooms in the house, there is nothing more tiresome than cleaning the bathroom. To make things easier, here's a step by step method for how to clean bathroom messes. This way, you're not just able to prepare yourself for how much grime there is, you also have the chance to pace yourself.

If you're wondering how to clean bathroom grime the first thing you need to do is to get your supplies together. This way, you don't waste any time in trying to find them later on. Try making a list of the things that you'll need like paper towels, tile and window cleaner, toilet bowl brush and all purpose cleanser. With a list, not only can you keep track of what you need, you can also share it with other members of the family so that they can take a crack at the household chores as well.

Another thing that you can do is to make sure that everything is already in their proper place. Sometimes, things that belong in another room manage to get into the bathroom. Toys, books, magazines - anything that can be damaged by water should all stay outside. Dirty towels and clothes go immediately into the hamper, bottles stay organized in the medicine cabinet, and toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and shampoo all go into separate caddies so that they're easy to find and out of the way once you decide that it's time to clean up. Garbage, of course, is part of the list. Broken soap dishes and empty shampoo and conditioner bottles should go into the trash as soon as possible. The last thing you'd want to have while cleaning is that added task of sorting through which containers still have something in them.

Next, whip out the cleanser and the disinfectant. Before you start spraying and scrubbing away, you might want to put on some rubber gloves. This way you don't to recoil from every dirty spot that you come into contact with. You also get to avoid harmful chemicals getting onto your skin.

Once you've gotten past that initial stage of getting the grout out of those tiles, the next step in cleaning a bathroom would be to scrub that toilet bowl. Now, you might be wondering how to clean bathroom toilets without having to get your hands all gross. Well, remember, that's what the gloves are for! All-purpose cleanser plays a big part in this since you can use it to clean the entire toilet, not just the bowl. In case you have a tough time trying to get those rings out or those mildew stains, let the cleanser soak over the problem area for a while to soften it up.

While the cleanser's doing its job of loosening dirt and grime, wipe down that mirror. Want to know the secret for how to clean bathroom mirrors? It's simple, vinegar! Just mix it with a little water and wipe away! You'll be surprised at how streak free they end up. Remember, just because you have a step by step process in cleaning a bathroom, they're just guidelines. Multitasking isn't bad as long as you can conserve energy and get the job done as well.

The last step in how to clean bathroom messes is to rinse everything off carefully and then mop.. That way, you don't risk the chance of tracking footprints all over and making a new mess. Also, be sure to let everyone else in the house know that you've cleaned the bathroom. Not just to marvel at your work, but to avoid using the facilities before everything's dried up!
