Backorder: auctions are banned in Italy

People wonder why in Italy, the main backorder services do not use an auction system to let customers' offers grow up. Currently offers are not known in advance and normally a user does not know how much other users have focused on a specific recovery. It's not difficult to understand how this happens at the expense of the backorder service. No auctions means no stimulation of the price and the final result is a lower recovery price, comparing with what is normally carried out on a backorder.

This happens because Italian laws don't permit this kind of auction, forcing domains recovery services to see their earnings decreasing.

On the other side, we have to admit that there are many web companies that strongly use backorder bidding mechanism to increase strongly their revenues. These companies are not established in Italy.

This is another reason why making a backorder in Italy is still so secure and affordable. It's widely known that we can recover very interesting domains, due to the low competition among domainers.

However, very often this can also be seen as a problem. Many domainers are in fact not be able to bid and they have to lose a domain they were looking for, without having the possibility to invest more.

Waiting for a change and a opening in the laws, we are satisfied by the smart and cheap services offered by Italian domainers. We only bet from the beginning the money that we believe correspond to the value of the expiring domain, without having the ability to make any bids. Moreover, in a market still in a start'up phase as the Italian one, competition is still very low and doing businesses, when it comes to domains, are still quite easy.

All this can go to advantage of the consumer. The customer user in fact will be able to have use of lower prices and than greater possibilities of conquest of dominions to elevated economic value.

All the customer will depend therefore knowing to pick to the flight the occasion and to take advantage of prices of backorder ccTLD it much favorable
