Pell Grant refund

My pell grant awarded for this semester was $1774, and the same for next semester. My classes this semester only came up to around $1000, so the school paid the balance with the money sent to them from the pell grant, and sent me a refund check for the unused portion. Is that money mine to keep, or do I need to do something specific with it?

These plates were purchased from the Bradford Exchange 20+ years ago and remain in their orginal box's and have all certificates, etc.
